The firm has participated in litigation arising out of numerous air disasters, including, the 1978 National Airlines accident in Pensacola, Florida; the 1982 Pan American accident in Kenner, Louisiana; the 1988 Pan American accident over Lockerbie, Scotland; the 1990 Aerial Transit accident in Guatemala City, Guatemala; the 1992 Copa Airlines accident in Panama; the 1996 ValuJet accident in the Florida Everglades; the 1996 Haiti Air Express accident in Port-au-Prince, Haiti; the 1997 Comair accident near Detroit, Michigan; the 1997 Fine Air accident in Miami, Florida; the 1998 Cardinal Airlines accident in Dominica, BWI; and the 2006 Gol Airlines accident in Brazil. 

The firm also has litigated personal injury, wrongful death and property damage claims arising from business jet and light aircraft accidents.
