Tania practices in the areas of insurance, commercial and civil litigation. Tania is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Florida and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Tania graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Florida International University, with a degree in economics and political science.  While a student at FIU, Tania served on the University Student Government and as President of the Political Science Honor Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Tania received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Florida in 2008. While attending law school, Tania served as a research assistant at the Levin College of Law, a teaching assistant and a Florida Supreme Court legal intern at the Office of the Public Defender in Alachua County. Tania also served as a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and received book awards in legal research and writing and trial practice. Tania was born in Havana, Cuba and is fluent in Spanish.
