Robert has broad experience in the litigation of civil and commercial matters, including claims arising from contract disputes, business torts, equipment repossessions, mechanic’s liens, aviation disasters, personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, premises liability and general negligence. He represents a host of international and domestic business concerns, on issues ranging from contract negotiation to the litigation of commercial disputes.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami School of Business. He is a 1991 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a published member of the University of Miami Law Review, a Special Articles and Comments Editor of the University of Miami Entertainment & Sports Law Review and an Executive Member of the Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Robert worked with the Cuban Exodus Project, which assisted Cuban refugees stranded in third world countries in immigrating to the United States, pursuant to a private immigration accord with the United States Government. He is active in the South Florida community and is fluent in Spanish.
