Maurice is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York. He has extensive experience in labor and employment, aviation, class action, commercial and personal injury litigation. He also has extensive experience advising airlines, leasing companies and private clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial and corporate aircraft, spare engines and other aviation equipment.  Prior to joining Anania Baumgarten & Torricella, Maurice served as Senior Director - Legal Affairs for Eastern Air Lines, Inc., where he was responsible for supervising Eastern’s litigation nationwide.

Maurice is an honors graduate of Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science. He is a 1981 graduate of the Columbia University School of Law. He is active in the community, having served as President and a member of the Board of Directors of Beth Israel Congregation in Miami Beach, Florida.
