Fran is the founding partner of Anania Bandklayder Baumgarten & Torricella.  Fran has extensive trial experience in aviation, mass disaster, and commercial litigation.  Fran also represents domestic and foreign aircraft owners, leasing companies and aviation related businesses in connection with the acquisition, disposition and financing of aircraft, engines and spare parts.

Fran holds the highest rating awarded by Martindale Hubbell -- an AV rating.  For the past several years, Fran’s peers have recognized him as one of the “Top Aviation Lawyers in South Florida.”  Fran’s peers also have recognized his as a “Leading Florida Attorney” and a Florida “Super Lawyer.”  

Fran, a 1973 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, has appeared as a guest speaker at a variety of professional seminars, has authored or co-authored articles for inclusion in various professional publications and is a member of numerous professional associations. He also is active in the South Florida community, having served on the U. S. District Court Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel, as the President of the Baptist Hospital Foundation and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Baptist Hospital and South Miami Hospital.
