Dan is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, as well as cases involving aviation accidents, medical malpractice, product and construction defects, motor vehicle accidents, roadway defects, slip and fall accidents, premises liability and general negligence. Dan is an FAA-licensed, instrument-rated pilot and an avid motorcyclist. He is a member of the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association, Harley Owners Group and has authored monthly columns for car and motorcycle publications. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and is a 1979 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.  

Dan is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. He is a former Director of the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
