Anania Bandklayder Blackwell Baumgarten Torricella & Stein (“ABBBT&S” or the “Firm”), provides the materials and information at anania-law.com (the “Site”).  The use of the Site and the materials and information at the Site by any visitor, user, browser, or reader are governed by the following terms and conditions:

1.  Information Purposes Only: ABBBT&S provides the materials and information at the Site for informational purposes only.

13.   Co-Counsel Arrangements: In certain limited circumstances, depending upon the particular needs of the Firm’s clients, ABBBT&S may seek a lawyer or law firm not associated with ABBBT&S to work with the Firm or act as primary counsel in representing that client on a given matters.  In such circumstances, ABBBT&S routinely will consult with the client, in advance, in order to disclose, evaluate and consummate any such arrangement.

14.   Links: As a convenience to users and visitors to the Site, ABBBT&S has provided links to internet sites maintained by third parties.  ABBBT&S does not operate or control such sites or any materials and information located at those sites and ABBBT&S' inclusion of links to those sites does not and is not intended to state or imply that ABBBT&S sponsors, endorses, is affiliated with or is associated with those sites, the materials and information located at those sites or the persons or entities that own, control or operate those sites or that ABBB&T is authorized to use any trade name, trademark, logo or copyrighted material that may be located at such sites.  ABBBT&S does not guarantee and makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning those sites or any materials and information located at those sites.

19.  Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20.  Jurisdiction: You agree that the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over and are the exclusive and proper venue for any and all disputes arising from or related to any use of this Site or the materials and information located at this Site.

21.  Designations: Only to the extent that such designations are necessary or required in any jurisdiction, ABBBT&S designates its office in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. as its principal office and Roberto A. Torricella, Jr. as the attorney responsible for this Site.
