Fran has been practicing law in South Florida for almost thirty years. He holds the highest lawyer rating awarded by Martindale Hubbell - an AV rating. In 2002, he was selected by his peers as one of the "top lawyers" in South Florida. He also was selected for inclusion in Leading Florida Attorneys, a publication listing lawyers selected by other attorneys as top lawyers in their fields of practice.
Fran has extensive trial experience in virtually all areas of civil litigation, including aviation disaster, class action, commercial, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, insurance, and general tort litigation. He is a 1973 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College.
Fran represents several of the leading business enterprises in the United States and in Florida, as well as individuals in a wide array of matters. He has appeared as a guest speaker at a variety of professional seminars, has authored or co-authored articles for inclusion in various professional publications and is a member of numerous professional associations. Fran is a licensed pilot and is active in the South Florida community, having served as the President of the Baptist Hospital Foundation and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Baptist Hospital and South Miami Hospital.
