Don is admitted to practice law in Florida and Texas and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Over the last eighteen years, he has litigated a wide variety of product liability, toxic tort, personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, commercial, class action, insurance, and general negligence claims. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Spring Hill College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English, and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1983. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Southern Methodist University and St. Thomas University.

Don has authored and co-authored a number of works that have appeared in professional journals and have been presented at corporate and legal seminars. He is active in the South Florida community, organizing an annual charity golf tournament to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and participating in youth sports programs.
