Dan is a seasoned trial attorney and has amassed extensive experience both prosecuting and defending complex medico-legal, personal injury and wrongful death cases, including claims arising from medical and pharmaceutical malpractice, product and construction defects, motor vehicle accidents, aviation disasters, premises liability, property damage, and general negligence. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Miami and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1979.

Dan is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Florida, as well as before the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and is a former Director of the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association.
